Anthony Donahue Baker, CPA
Anthony D. Baker is founder and principal of Baker Capital Partners, LLC. Anthony has over 20 years of multi-family real estate investing experience. He takes pride in doing deal analysis and searching for new investment opportunities throughout the United States. As a CPA, he coaches clients on building long term wealth through real estate and business acquisitions. His passions include sports, traveling, and music. Anthony also happens to be a Grammy nominated record producer. In addition, he currently co hosts a weekly sports radio show, The Bottom Line Sports Show on Sirus XM in which he interviews some of the biggest names in the world of sports. Anthony received his BA from Georgetown University and MBA from NYIT.
Andrew Zwerman, CPA, MS
Andrew has an extensive background in public accounting. His expertise includes all aspects of accounting, auditing and tax work. He has been in public accounting since 1986 and a partner in the firm since 1994. Andrew ensures that the Firm maintains the highest quality of work by overseeing every audit engagement. He is a licensed CPA, holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Dowling College and a M.S. in Taxation from Long Island University, and regularly speaks at national seminars and conferences. He has taught income and estate tax planning courses at the college level. Andrew is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Chris Urso
Chris has been involved in over 50 residential and multifamily redevelopment projects in the past 5 years, and actively invests in apartment communities in multiple states throughout the East Coast. Aside from his own investing activities, he also provides consulting services and has mentored a group of active investors who have successfully acquired and re-positioned more than $75,000,000 in multifamily real estate assets in the past 3 years. His expertise in all facets of multifamily investing gives us, and our investing partners, confidence that all of our acquisitions will be carefully evaluated and will have a well thought out business plan. We are proud to have Chris as our adviser and mentor on every deal that we do.
